Neoprene Sponge Production Process<\/strong><\/p>

Our neoprene sponge originates as large sponge blocks, which we precision-cut into sheets ranging from 0.8mm to 10mm thickness – these are what we commonly refer to as “Neoprene Sheets”.<\/p>

The surface of “Sponge Block” is called “Smooth Skin”, and the middle of “Sponge Block” is called “Cell”. The “Skin” is stronger than the “Cell”, but the elasticity is slightly worse.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

It offers superior\u00a0strength\u00a0and\u00a0surface smoothness, though with slightly\u00a0reduced elasticity\u00a0compared to the pure cell material.<\/p>
