Neoprene (SBR/CR Foam) Material Introduction
Overview
Neoprene, commonly called diving foam (CR foam), is a synthetic rubber foam known for its fine texture, softness, and elasticity. With excellent shock absorption, thermal insulation, waterproofing, and air-tight properties, it has become increasingly popular across industries due to cost reductions and manufacturing advancements.
Our neoprene can be laminated with various fabrics including:
Jersey (T-cloth)
Lycra
N-cloth
Terry cloth
Nylon
OK cloth & imitation OK cloth
Applications:
✓ Wetsuits & diving gear
✓ Sports protective equipment
✓ Shapewear products
✓ Gift items
✓ Thermal bottle sleeves
✓ Fishing waders
✓ Footwear materials
Note: Neoprene lamination requires specialized adhesives and techniques for different applications. With decades of experience, we’ve mastered parameters for all usage scenarios from gifts to professional diving equipment.
