    The company was founded by Chairman Hong Yinjun, who has over 26 years of experience in the research, development, and production of neoprene (chloroprene rubber) materials and finished products.

    Hunan Libaijia New Material Technology Co., Ltd. independent establishment in 2018, Hunan Libaijia has focused on the research and development of neoprene raw materials and their applications across various fields, including diving and salvage, recreational diving, surfing and water skiing, water rescue, hunting, and fishing. The company has also established its own diving and water recreation clubs, as well as a civilian emergency rescue team, serving domestic emergency rescue teams and fire brigades.

    The company’s research and development center is located in Dianshanhu Town, Kunshan City, while its production base is situated in the Industrial Park of Shimen County, Hunan Province. With over 50 technical staff, more than 20 after-sales and coaching personnel, and over 100 production workers, the company’s products are not only sold to domestic emergency rescue teams but also exported worldwide.
